Allow yourself all you need to grieve and process. My mother in law told me that she broke down and cried at her mother's funeral services. She said she thought the pastor must have thought she was really heartbroken. But she was really grieving for what she never had. I never saw her show emotion. Your grief may not make sense, but it doesn't have to.
