For me it was more difficult feeling loss (of life, time, people, the fabric of my life ripped). It felt difficult initially but when I stepped into it I began to feel the freedom of an amazing new world. I think the process of deconstructing all of the "indoctrination" will continue forever. It is mind bending to continue to see things and think of them from the grid of my new perspective.

Maybe my circumstance is different because it all happened after I escaped from a toxic spouse. Everything in my life stopped and was basically wiped away.
