Hello Jo: Yes, I agree. And it is intriguing to me how similar the patterns and behaviors are. Once I understood this I can identify the behaviors in all of the other toxic people I know. It is like the lights are on now. Yes exactly counseling and therapy can easily harm you further if they will not identify NPD and psychopathic behavior.

I am very sad for the pain you have endured. I know you are stronger and more wise in surviving.
