Sexual devaluation/abuse: Yes serious. I am trying to find my way in writing. I think sharing from my heart with vulnerability is a good place for me. Also writing seems to be helping in "finding my way" in being creative; standing and speaking out against abuse; processing experience, pain and trauma and connecting with others experience. It is difficult to write about the pain, but it also feels like discovery, growth and healing. I love the community, connection and learning aspects this forum provides. My wish is that as we share, we will also connect, know we are seen and heard and find hope and healing together.

I am sad to know you have experienced abusive and toxic behaviors. I know you are stronger and more wise in fighting to survive it.
