Hi Darht: Your art: Is that something you would be willing to share? Would you include it in a post and talk about it and describe your thoughts or process or what you use to work with? Or is it that it is art and should be sold, not shared over media?

*So many things you share resonate.

*Trauma: How much of your struggle or experience is because of trauma that you have experienced?

*Feelings of harm: It is an article idea that I have been thinking about. For me I believe it is because of the trauma I have experienced.

*I think there is a feeling of being stuck and trying to understand how to survive or live outside of my experience. ?

*You caused me to ponder about cerebral empathy vs. deeply empathetic.

*My life has been confusing because for example my family and my ex (plus others) have a polished exterior, but living inside the house with them is toxic. They know how to act really well. They would never say or write or publish anything negative or honest about themselves. It is a mind bending contrast for me to see someone who writes honestly about themselves. I lived a lifetime with one that I am only understanding now from reading his journaling.

*Courage: I believe I said this word to you in a reply. It is me looking through my lens of experience. I have always had to protect and shield myself. It is very stressful and difficult to write my experience for many reasons. It is terrifying but beneficial for me.

*Writing: It is difficult to put my heart and energy into something and feel that I am not getting anywhere. I feel the highs and lows. You should continue processing through writing in whatever form is best for you.

*Abraham Lincoln: I read that a common medical treatment was to give doses of mercury. It was that which caused his struggle.

*being part of a community, ended badly: I am sad that happened to you. I went through some intensely painful stuff recently. This led to everyone and everything being swept out. I am evaluating what community could look like. My experience is that there are people that can earn your trust and are worthy of having relationship with, but these are like finding something rare and precious.
