Hi Shell: I am glad you found this helpful. This is what I like about this platform- the space it provides to connect and share experience. It is priceless for me to feel that I am not alone. I am sad to know that you have experienced things like this. I know you are stronger for surviving and moving forward.

Healed/on guard: yes. I think we need to keep moving forward, even one step at a time and care for ourselves.

Someone told me they think he is afraid of me because I know the truth. He cannot tolerate being exposed.

I hope you find more strength and peace each day. Is he a threat to your safety? (Physical safety. I know that all forms of harm destroy us in all ways including health/physical. Please do what you need to do to protect yourself.)
