I am sad that your attorney was "a total shit". My attorney had a kind of Southern hospitality, friendly, professional surface layer that was very thin. She seems much like other toxic women that I know. They know how to have a polished public persona but just underneath is a much different deal. In the initial consultations with her she seemed fine. She had the memberships, ranking and qualifications that we should look for. But she was terrible. I could go much further with my assessment of her. I think the whole set up is criminal to be able to siphon off money from clients and have no accountability for how you treat people. She just didn't care at all. She could act nice but then stab me in the back.
