I am so sorry. I know it's unbearable pain. I am happy that you made it through the legal part. I am so mad at him for everything he did to you and your children. But making you the bad guy, blame shifting and dumping a load of guilt onto you is- so ugly. Him telling you your kids are "worth the effort" is so rotten! (effort!! He is now talking about effort!) I hate the smear campaigns and character assassinations they do to us. It's difficult to endure.

Take all the time you need to process, cry, grieve, sleep... and plan things (if you wish) you couldn't do before. It's a whole new world out here. Freedom is so amazing.
