I understand that the requirements of law and the court process are a different matter than the reality of the actual situation. But you are talking about your doubt due to lack of proof of motive. So my question is: What motive does one have to harm another? What motive is there for ones who treat their victims badly, abuse, terrorizing, domestic violence and murder? even on another scale: What motive does one have to disrespect you or cut you off in traffic?
