I'm glad you are sharing. It's difficult because we don't get to talk to each other as coworkers on a break or lunch. Yes the money (incentive) is important to me. I want to write and feel that it is important for me personally, in whatever forms that I could write. I had exciting earnings in August 2021, but it seemed a brief blip. This August was @ $7.00 and it has been very very low recently. I have not published as much as I would like.
