I'm sorry this happened to you. I know of another person that this happened to and she has been disheartened and distressed. This is draining and destroying our confidence in the "brand" which is "Medium". I would like to hear / see a published, genuine explanation for we the customers/ consumers/ writers/ the wheelhouse of this venture. People have become and are becoming discouraged, leaving, publishing less. I want Medium and its team to genuinely show effort and action to value us who want to believe contributing here is worthwhile.
