It makes me so angry that he behaves that way and treated you like that. He sounds like my mother and multiple other people I know like this. It is a way to control and demean. Only weak and feeble people need to tear others down.

Ghosting is my preferred method. I don't know why we should feel like we need to announce our door slam. It's awesome that we care about ourselves so much that we are willing to ghost and slam all day long.
