I remember, in the midst of reading your Kyiv Trance series, I also listened to an interview from a radio program. The interviewee's name is Nadya. She lives in Kyiv, her dad owns a radio station, she has her own studio/program/podcast there and I believe she was an accomplished Olympic gymnast. Most of what she was speaking about was her life and background and her and other’s experience and knowledge of traumatic onslaught of Russia on Ukraine. But her name and hearing her voice and Ukrainian accent serendipitously added another layer and richness of reading your series.
