Embracing my infinite value and worth

I release fear, anxiousness and striving
I open to cleansing my heart of decayed thoughts and mindsets
I open my soul to love, warmth and beauty
The universe surrounds me with light and restorative energy
I have assurance that whatever is for me will be
I rest in the reassurance that I am held and guided
I let go of the need to strive or control
I am enough
regardless of any and all circumstances
Being enough depends on nothing else
My inherent value depends on no other influences or circumstance
My value shall not be diminished by how I feel
It is the small flame within my core
