gaze skyward
firmly in my lane
taking up space

unafraid
we shall not apologize for our existence
you are worthy of love
you are love
you deserve to be here

take up space

i move, i live, i breathe
outstretched arms
expansion
i am divine
as are you

we shall not fade, shrink or move away
we shall not cower to others perceived potential thought or reaction
or to our own anxious need to decrease
we’ve been made to feel small
trained to stay in our little box
criticized and condemned when we dare to step out of it

take up space

expansion, resetting, renewal, transformation
i’m setting course toward new journeys
building new structures
greatest discovery is freedom
