Very interesting about KCB's life. I admire her endless questioning and perseverance. It seems necessary to have people like her, inside religion, because so many are caught up in a web of those things she was trying to untangle.

I had begun to find writings such as Catharine Clark Kroeger and other "Christian feminists", but then my path led me to dumping out my entire "box of beliefs". Christianity seems like hostile territory for specific groups of us. From my current perspective I don't understand why many people fight the system rather than breaking away from it. It is an incredible feeling to be free from it.
